Application of Ball Grinder Mill
The ball Mill is a key equipment for regrinding. It is widely used for the cement, the silicate product, new type building material, fire-proof material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal, glass, ceramics and etc. Our ball Mill can grind ore or other materials that can be grinded either by wet process or by dry process.
Maintenance procedures and Repair Cycle of Ball Grinder Mill
1 .Fine maintenance & repair for 1 month;
2. Minor maintenance & repair 1 -3 months;
3. Medium maintenance & repair 12 - 24 months;
4. Large maintenance & repair 60 - 120 months.
Maintenance & repair Content:
Fine maintenance & repair, mainly inspect the oil amount, adjust the gap between different parts, firm the bolt, replace the impact plate or inspect the wearing of impact plate, mend the feeder;
Minor maintenance & repai rinspect the wearing of the tooth surface and the impact plate, replace it when necessary;
Medium maintenance & repair: replace the spare parts of the feeding opening, replace the transmission pinion and bearing ,disassembly the reducer for inspection. Big gear can be adjusted according to different situation, hollow shaft should be measured after 3-5 years’ operation;
Large maintenance & repair: disassembly the whole machine for washing, measuring , and replace or mend the big gear ,hollow shaft,bowl liner, transmission shaft , pinion and shell according to the wearing of the spare parts.After large maintenance, the machine must experience preoperation before it works.

Omens of ball Mill “bulging”: the outlet stops discharging; the sound goes stuffy and small; the electric current becomes small. Many operators and engineers hold the wrong idea that the electric current becomes high when ball Mill is filled with too many materials too.
