Application & Performance of High Pressure Suspension Grinder Mill
Before the powder grinding is started, check if there is any iron material in the unit, and all the maintenance doors are closed tightly. Adjust the rotating direction of the blower and main unit and leave the exhaust valve completely open. Check if the bolts and nuts are loose, especially the bolts and nuts in the main unit should be strictly checked.
Turn on the machine according to the sequence below: Turn on the classifier first, then start the blower, finally turn on the main unit, and immediately after that, feed materials (Feed fine particles first, then coarse particles, and finally normal particles). Turn the airflow valve to increase the volume and meanwhile turn the exhaust valve to reduce the exhaust volume. The exhaust valve should be turned for less volume under the condition that there is no powder coming out from the feeding end. Then regulate the finished powder fineness.
When turning off, the main unit should be turned off one minute after having stopped feeding the materials, then turn off the blower and finally stop the classifier.
Material feeding control: The materials should be fed quantatively. According to the change of the load of the main unit under different quantity of fed materials (observe the galvanometer of the main unit), try to test the highest output. iron blocks such as bolts are strictly prohibited to fall into the machine.
Regulate the powder fineness of the classifier model YGM 6515 and 7815 by the following: move the triangle belts on the big and small cone pulley at the same time towards upoard so that the vane wheel of the classifier will speed up rotating, and the finished powder will become finer: O otherwise become coarser if the contrary is done. Move the motor to the next bolt hole, then another group of rotational speed grade will be acquired. There are nine rotational speed grades for model YGM6515 and 7815. for the classifier of model YGM 8314, the speed can be steplessly regulated between the range 120~1200rpm.
The shorter the pressure spring is after being compressed, the stronger the pressure exerted on the materials by the grinding roller would be, and consequently the higher will be the output. But according to the load capacity of the main unit, attention should be paid that the main unit is not overloaded, while the roller is gradually compressed and getting smaller, and the height of the spring after being compressed must not exceed 145mm.
Maintenance & Repair of High Pressure Suspension Grinder Mill
No.1 MOS2 lubricant grease or ZN-2 Sodiunm lubricant grease can be applied to all the bearings. The grinding roller bearing will be lubricated one time every 2 turns; one time every 4 turns for the central shaft bearing of the main unit, and one time every month for the bearing of the blower. The temperature of the axle housing can’t exceed 70℃. When the bearing is found too hot, the bearing and accessories in the axle housing should be cleaned.
While disassembling, attention should be paid; about the two round nuts at the bottom end of the main shaft of the main unit, the one contacting with the triangle belt pulley is of left turning screw thread and the other outside is of right turning screw thread. The belt pulley is equipped in cone form with the main shaft for easy assembling and disassembling. The bolts at the bottom end of the grinding roller are of right turning screw thread; the round nuts are of left turning screw thread. The grinding roller adopts two centripetal force cone rollers bearing, so during the installation, the rational axial moving space should be guaranteed (0.25~0.35) through adjusting the thickness of the washer between the end cover and cross of the axle housing.
