Application of SCM Series Super Thin Mill (Ultrafine Mill)

SCM Series Super Thin Mill (Ultrafine Mill) is a machine for producing fineness and ultra-powder. It is mainly used for grinding the middle and low hardness materials whose Moths hardness is blow 9 class, and non-explosion and non-flammability, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, steatite, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophillite, vermiculite, meerschaum, attapulgitem diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate ore, potassium ore pumice, etc.

Operation rules and notice of SCM Series Super Thin Mill (Ultrafine Mill)

1. Starting:

(1) Keep the operation place and channels clean and fluently.

(2) Make sure the firmware tighten and firm.

(3) Keep every lubricate oil level of reducer correct, adding the oil in time.

(4) There is no block when act the coupling of motor manual.

(5) When we turn on the bounced-back gas switch of the bag filter, the pressure must be more than 0.5Mpa on the pressure meter. The oil fogger must be added oil to the prescribe level and clean it every day.

(6) When we turn off the total switch of the electric cabinet, the voltage point 380V and every meter is normal running.

(7) Start the motor of the classifier fist, and then adjust the frequency of the motor based on requirement. (Be careful turning)

(8) Start the blower until it is normal running (Be careful turning)

(9) Starting the blow-off valve of collector and bag filter.

(10) Starting the motor of main frame (Be careful turning)

(11) Starting the magnetic vibration-actuated feeder.

(12) When the rotate speed of main axis is stable, adjusting the feeder quantity by magnetic vibration-actuated feeder based on requirement.

2. Running

（1）Adjusting the feeder quantity of magnetic vibration-actuated and the frequency of the classifier based on the requirement, make product in normal running.

（2）Check the firmware firm regularly during running.

（3）There are no abnormity noise and vibrate during the mainframe and classifier running.

（4）Check the blow-back air pressure of the bag filter.

3. Stopping

（1） Turn off the magnetic vibration-actuated feeder

（2）In no feeding material situation, the mainframe turns off automatically after running 5 minutes.

（3）Turn off the blower after 2 minutes.

（4）Turn off the classifier

（5）Turn off all blow-off valves

（6）Turn off the total power source

（7）Clean the plant

4. Note

（1） Control the feed quantity strictly in order to avoid the motor over loading.

（2）Checking the blow-back air pressure of the bag filter frequently, in order to avoid the jam of the bag and reducing the air flux.

（3）Check the firmware frequently and be sure it is safety.

（4）Keep every joint of air duct firmly.

Maintenance & Repair of SCM Series Super Thin Mill (Ultrafine Mill)

1、System of job responsibility and operation standard should be build for someone who responsible for equipment operation. Operator must be qualified with machine technical feature, operational requirement and operating rules and regulations. New operator must receive technical training and meet the requirement of operation.

2、In order to ensure Mill can work normally for a long term, it is necessary to establish the equipment maintenance system and have examination and repair tool, accessories, spare parts and grease.

3、After a period, you should carry on the overhaul and exchange rollers and rings so that it can work normally.

4、It is benefit to lubricate each oil site according to lubrication system requirement.

5、It is normal phenomenon that ring crackle appear because it is worn to a certain thick, you should exchange it in time.

6、In order to guarantee blower can work stable, you should sweep and clear the ash on its leaves regularly.

7、In order to avoid resistance oversized, affects the wind amount, you should clean the muffler timely.

8、Exanimate bag filter regularly and exchange it if it is worn.

9、Maintenance of corollary equipment should refer to its instruction.
