Copper ore crushing, grinding, recycling and floatation process

First, Crushing process and Grinding process

This process is the main part of crushing and breaking the big Copper ores into small bits with Copper ore crushing plant. According to the investigation, most of Copper mines choose to buy Jaw crusher to carry on the coarse crushing, and buy Cone crusher to complete the secondory breaking or medium crushing , crushing the medium rock into bits.

Then it's time for short head Cone crusher machine or vertical shaft Impact crusher to crush the bits of Copper ore into smaller ones.

Then quarry miners can choose Ball mill or Raymond mill to complete the grinding process. After that, most of Copper ores are ready for next Copper production procedure.

Second , Recycling Copper Ores

In order to increase the Copper mining production rate , Copper ore miners can choose ball mill, Raymond mill or similar grinding milling machine to recycle Copper in Copper ore slags .

Third, Floatation process

Before this processing , Copper miner should use Sand washing machine with Belt conveyor , vibrating feeder, Vibrating screen to make Copper ore bits clean and well-screened.
