Marble crushing and grinding process

Marble go through Vibrating feeder into Jaw crusher for primary crushing, after primary crushing, the marble stones fall into Impact crusher or Cone crusher for fine crushing. The final materials can be screened out the suitable marble particles using for buiding materials through screening machine. The unsuitable marbles return to the crushing process for re-crushing.

If you need stone powder, marble have to go through grinding process. We can use Ball mill or XZM ultrafine ginding mill as marble grinding machine. The finished size cans upto 0.005mm.

Marble Crushers

Marble crusher is the common marble mining machinery that used for crushing marbles into small size. In marble quarry, there are several mining equipmetns used in marble crushing and screening plant, such as vibrating feeder, marble stone crusher and vibrating screen.

Marble Stone crusher machine has several types. Marble jaw crusher is the primary crushing equipment; it is used in primary crushing process in marble crushing plant. Marble impact crusher and marble cone crusher is the secondary crushing machinery. They are used in secondary or tertiary crushing process.

Marble Grinding Machine

In marble grinding plant, crushed marbles are grinded into power with 200-300 mesh, 300-400 mesh, and more than 1000 mesh. The common marble grinding machines include Ball mill and raymond mill.

Ball Mills are primarily used for fine grinding. Ball mill is a key equipment which repulverises the material after it is crushed. Ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc.

Raymond Mill is applicable to the grinding and processing of more than 280 kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness less than 7 and humidity less than 6% in mining, construction, chemical industry and metallurgy, such as barite, calcite, feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, clay, glass. The fineness of the finished product can be adjusted from 100 mesh to 325 mesh according to requirements.
